Tutoring Students
Students answer questions on the computer and get computer assisted
tutoring when they get the question wrong. If they get the question
right they just move on to the next question in the Problem Set. The
questions come from the provided problem sets or those made by their
teachers. The provided problem sets are made up of MCAS question or
quizzes from the Connected Mathematics Project (CMP) Middle School
curriculum.
The tutoring consists of selected questions that lead the students
one-step-at-a-time to the solution. If the student needs help with
one of these questions they can ask for hints. This interactive
support provides encouragement for students to learn-by-doing.
